  • Mind Body Classes

  • Barre - Inspired by the principles of ballet, yoga and Pilates, barre blends  strength training, cardio, flexibility and core conditioning using  isometric movements combined with high repetitions to create a low impact total body workout.   

  • Pilates - A sequence of low-impact exercises designed to strengthen and stabilize the core while improving posture flexibility and mobility. Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection by bringing awareness to breath and controlled movement.

  • Power Yoga - A fitness- based approach to Vinyasa yoga that adds an element of cardiovascular training to increase stamina with all the benefits of a traditional yoga class including balance, strength and flexibility.

  • Slow Flow Yoga - A Vinyasa yoga class that links movement with breath to create a continuous flow of postures. Centered on breath and  a slower pace than Power Yoga, this class is designed de-stress, rejuvenate and renew the mind and body.

  • Yoga with HIIT - This class combines the cardiovascular and strength benefits of high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the de-stressing and flexibility elements of yoga to provide a high energy fat burning workout.  

  • Cardio and Strength Classes

  • Cardio Dance - A fun and energizing aerobic workout to benefit cardiovascular health. Dance and aerobic movement set to upbeat music that incorporates a variety of dance styles and choreography. 

  • Cardio/Strength Circuit - A total body strength and cardio class using body weight and resistance tools along with blasts of cardio for an all-in-one workout.

  • Tabata Interval Training - A dynamic, high energy class combining  20 seconds of high intensity interval training followed by 10 seconds of rest and repeated for 8 rounds.  Tabata is designed to increase endurance and decrease body fat.  

  • TRX Strength - Created by a Navy Seal, TRX suspension training utilizes body weight for a total body workout. TRX offers a challenging workout for the most seasoned athlete and can be easily adapted for individuals new to fitness.

  • TRX Strength Circuit - Think bootcamp meets body weight training. A circuit style workout that incorporates a TRX suspension trainer for core strength along with weight training for a total body workout. 

  • Bootcamp - A fast-paced workout that offers a total-body workout for participants utilizing strength training, cardio and plyometric movements.

  • Indoor Cycling Classes

  • Intro to Indoor Cycling - A 30 minute overview on bike set-up, how to add resistance and all the basics of indoor cycling to help prepare for your first ride. 

  • Indoor Cycling -  A high energy cycling experience brought indoors.  Indoor cycling is led by an energetic instructor using dynamic playlists to propel your ride to the next level.

  • Cycle Meets Strength - Blending the best of indoor cycling and weight training. 30 minutes of cardio work followed by strength and flexibility training.
